Maintenance requirements for marine hydraulic systems

1. Cleanliness is the biggest characteristic of hydraulic systems, and any small impurities can lead to major accidents. Because some valve components in the hydraulic system have a diameter of only 0.4mm, it is important to be careful not to bring foreign impurities into the system during daily maintenance. In addition, when cleaning the filter, it is important to observe for the presence of metal abrasive particles, which may be a sign that some hydraulic equipment in the system will malfunction.

2. Two pairs of crane fans should be regularly inspected, which is the key to ensuring hydraulic oil cooling.

3. After each use, the ventilation opening should be closed to ensure that water does not enter in adverse weather conditions.

4. The normal hydraulic oil temperature should be maintained between 25-60 ℃. If the oil temperature is below 20 ℃, the oil tank should be continuously heated and operated at a slow speed until the oil temperature rises to 20 ℃. If the atmospheric temperature is between -10 and 5 ℃, apply and operate slowly. The specific operation should strictly follow the "Low temperature Start Operation Procedure" in the instruction manual for each pipeline joint: confirm that there is no leakage or looseness in each pipeline and joint, and that the strength, quality, safety, and reliability are reliable, especially for connecting hoses. If there is looseness or leakage, necessary repairs or replacements should be carried out in a timely manner, otherwise it may lead to serious falling accidents.

5. Oil level of oil tank: The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a float type alarm device and a level gauge. Before use, the oil level should be checked and kept in the normal position.

6. Filter cleaning: The size of the main oil circuit and control oil circuit of the hydraulic system should be cleaned regularly.

7. Measure the pressure at each measuring point in the hydraulic system to ensure it is within the specified range.

8. Whether the working current and rotating sound of each oil pump motor are normal, and whether the fixing bolts are loose.

9. Hydraulic oil should be regularly sampled and sent to shore for testing.
